  • Users must only join sessions that match their age group, as outlined in session descriptions, to ensure a safe and appropriate experience for all participants.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s use of Let’s Game, including account activity and compliance with these Terms.

3. Accounts

  • To participate, you may need to provide a name, email, and gaming account information (e.g., Roblox, Discord).

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details private and secure.

4. Community Rules

To keep Let’s Game safe, users must follow these rules:

  • Be respectful to all participants.

  • No bullying, harassment, or inappropriate content.

  • Do not share personal information (e.g., home address, phone number).

  • Follow the instructions of moderators at all times.

  • Use only your own Roblox and/or Discord accounts.

Breaking these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the community.

5. Moderation and Safety

  • Sessions are monitored and may be recorded for safety and quality assurance.

  • Moderators may remove content or users who violate these Terms.

  • Reports of harmful behavior may be referred to parents/guardians or, if necessary, appropriate authorities.

6. Payments

  • Payments for services are processed securely through Square or PayPal.

  • By making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions as well.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

Let’s Game uses third-party providers (e.g., Wix, Square, PayPal, Google Analytics, Roblox, Discord). We are not responsible for their actions, content, or policies. Please review their terms and privacy policies when using their services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Let’s Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to provide a safe, enjoyable experience, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • We are not liable for damages arising from:

    • service interruptions,

    • actions of other users,

    • third-party services, or

    • any loss of data.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising and guiding their child’s participation.
