At Let’s Game, we do our best to provide a safe, fun, and valuable experience for all participants. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.
1. General Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by Australian consumer law.

By booking a session or service with Let’s Game, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Cancellations by Participants

Change of mind or scheduling conflicts: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase (less a $10 admin fee). We are unable to refund attended or missed sessions.

Missed sessions: No refunds are given for missed sessions. Where possible, we may offer to reschedule at our discretion.

If you cannot attend due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, you must provide at least 2 hours’ notice. In this case, we will reschedule you to another session, if available, at no additional cost.
3. Cancellations by Let’s Game
If a session is cancelled by us (e.g., due to technical issues or staff unavailability), you will be offered either:

a rescheduled session, or

a full refund.
4. Technical Issues

If a participant cannot join due to personal device, internet, or software issues, no refund will be provided.

If a technical issue on our end prevents a session from running, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund.
5. Safety and Conduct
Participants removed from sessions for breaching our Terms of Service (e.g., bullying, inappropriate behavior, or rule-breaking) are not eligible for refunds.

7. Consumer Rights
